The photograph on the left was taken by E. Steele of Wishbech. The one on the right was taken by W. Woodhouse, Blackfriars Road, Lynn, Norfolk, between 1865 and 1975.

The photograph on the right was taken by Mr. E. Steele, 8 High Street, Wisbech, Cambridgeshire.

The unidentified photograph on the left was from Julia Hannah Leeder's album. It was taken by J. Huggins of Norwich. Why was the right hand portion of the photograph torn off? Is there a resemblance to the younger of the unidentified ladies in the photograph on the right taken by Osbourne's Portrait Studio, 312 High Street, Lincoln, Lincolnshire, before 1876 or after 188?

This old photograph was copied from the collection of Clara Strohmeier (1894-1980) during a research visit to Aberdeen, South Dakota, in 1972. It was taken by J. Stringfellows, Chapel Walk, Fargate, Sheffield, between 1871 and 1889.
Henry Edgoose and his wife were living in Sheffield for several years before emigrating to Aberdeen, South Dakota.

The photograph on the left is of Patience Edgoose nee HUDSON (1817-1906) taken by Edward Johnson, Lower Hill House, Wisbech, Cambridgeshire, between 1879 and 1882.
Is the photograph on the right of Patience? It was taken by E. Johnson, 21 Church Terrace, Wisbeach, between 1851 and 1871.

Is this one of Julia Hannah Leeder's sisters as the inscription on the reverse of this photograph suggests? The photographer is unknown. It came from Julia Hannah Leeder's album. She married James Edgoose (1847-1892) in 1870.

The inscription on the reverse reveals that this is a photograph of one of Juliah Hannah Leeder's sisters. Julia Hannah Leeder married James Edgoose (1847-1892) at Acle, Norfolk, in 1870. The photographer was Bates of 264 High Holborn, London. It was taken between 1861 and 1877.
