      The Will of Dorothy EDGOOSE:
      "I DOROTHY EDGOOSE of Number 105 Station Road March in the County of Cambridge the Wife of Stanley Robert Edgoose HEREBY REVOKE all wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me and DECLARE this to be my last Will
      1. I APPOINT my said husband ROBERT STANLEY EDGOOSE and GEOFFERY CLAUD WOOD of Number 44 Wimblington Road March aforesaid Chartered Accountant (hereinafter called "my Trustees") to be executors and trustees of this my Will and I DECLARE that notwithstanding his appointment as Executor and Trustee as aforesaid the said Geoffrey Claud Wood shall be entitled to charge and be paid for all professional work done by him in connection with the administration of my estate
      2. (a) I GIVE to my son ROBERT WILLIAM EDGOOSE the following articles:
      Antique Writing Desk, 1 Antique Snuff Box, Oak Corner Cabinet and contents and 1 Brass Carriage Clock
      (b) I GIVE to my Daughter SUSAN MARY EDGOOSE the following articles:
      1 Antique Snuff Box Cameo Brooch [sic] Gold Bracelet Such other single item of my jewellery remaining as she may select Doulton Bowl Oil Painting (portrait) and mahogany and walnut Corner Cabinet and contents
      (c) I BEQUEATH to my Trustees all articles and effects of household domestic or personal use ornament or consumption belonging to me and not otherwise specifically bequeathed Upon Trust to permit my said husband to have the free use and enjoyment thereof during his life or until he shall re-marry and from and after his death or re-marriage (whichever event shall first happen) In Trust in equal shares for my said two children Robert William EDGOOSE and Susan Mary EDGOOSE to be divided between them as they the said Robert William EDGOOSE and Susan Mary EDGOOSE shall agree and in the event of disagreement then at the discretion of my Trustee the said Geoffrey Claud WOOD whose decision shall be final
      3. I GIVE to each of my said two children Robert William EDGOOSE and Susan Mary EDGOOSE on their respectively attaining the age of twenty-one years or marrying the sum of TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY POUNDS
      4. I give to my Husband the said STANLEY ROBERT EDGOOSE my shares in Baker & Edgoose Limited absolutely
      5. SUBJECT to the aforementioned dispositions and bequests and to the payment of my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses I DEVISE AND BEQUEATH all my estate both real and personal not otherwise disposed of Unto my Trustees Upon Trust to sell call in and convert the same into money (with power to postpone such calling in and conversion in my Trustees absolute discretion) and to invest the proceeds of such sale calling in and conversion in lawful trustee securities and to stand possessed of such investments Upon Trust to pay the income thereof to my said husband during his life or until his re-marriage whichever shall first happen.
      6. AFTER the death or re-marriage of my said Husband the said investments shall be held in Trust for my said two children Robert William EDGOOSE and Susan Mary EDGOOSE upon their respectively attaining the age of twenty-one years or marrying absolutley equally between them
      7. IF either of my said two children shall die in my lifetime leaving issue living at my death such issue if and when they attain the age of twenty one years or marry under that age shall take by substitution and if more than one in equal shares per stirpes the share of my estate which such deceased child of mine would have taken had he or she survived me and attained the age of twenty-one years

      Dorothy EDGOOSE of 105 Station Road, March, Cambridgeshire, died on 14 February 1966 at The County Hospital, Doddington, Cambridgeshire. Probate was granted at Peterborough on 3 May 1966 to Geoffrey Claud WOOD chartered accountant. 9354.
